  Just moved here from Los Angeles and we were sad about leaving our favorite Indian Restaurant behind; until now. We found Saffron Indian Cuisine from its great Yelp reviews so we tried it out. It has an incredible menu with platters of chicken, vegetarian, etc. options.
  
  Our server was Amid and the service was five star from the time we walked in the door.
  
  I had the Chicken Tikka Masala lunch platter and my wife had the Saag Paneer platter. Both worth a repeat.
  
  We will be regulars here. I say check it out!

  WOW! I mean who doesn't just love Indian food! No wonder many of our forefathers and ancestors traveled far to get spices! Lol. Ok, let me stop with the historical puns and whatnot lol.
  
  Upon entering, I loved the fresh A/C welcoming me in followed by the smell of a clean establishment. The host quickly greeted us and we were seated. Soon after our waiter came by and brought us the menu and was very friendly and helped with any questions we had in regards to the menu. The menu was very clear and precise.
  
  The food - perfect. You can never go wrong with Indian food because spices is their main thing. We ordered at a reasonable time and we got the food within 8 minutes, and it was really fresh.
  
  I definitely recommend the lunch plate. You definitely get your moneys worth. You get a side, samosa, entree and even a dessert. I will forever love the Chicken Tikka Masala. The mixture and sides that go with it is perfect. I even think it tasted even fresher here. I also had Lamb Biryani for the first time and man, I will definitely have this separately and not as a family styled dinner because it's a lot! I had to ask for a doggy bag. Yay to leftovers! The mango pudding I really liked because it was not as sweet like other Indian Restaurants I've been too, it was so delicious.
  
  So I didn't give it a full 5 stars because it was not busy, but we had to get the attention of our waiter for water, extra napkins and utensil. I drink a lot of water so I'm always about my waiter/waitress being on top of that. But he was super nice don't get me wrong, everyone was. So I would if I could, rate it 4.5 stars.
  
  Will I come back?! Of course!! So delicious and priced reasonable! Loved the interior and ambience.

  We've been coming here for a few months now and it's always a wonderful experience. The food is great, service is spectacular. Our server Austin was fantastic, he even made suggestions that were delicious.
  
  If your looking for delicious Indian cuisine, EAT HERE! You will enjoy it for sure

  Had the paneer tikka masala and it was sooo delicious that I ate it all and now my stomach hurts   but I do not regret one bit.
  
  The restaurant is beautifully decorated and the staff was great, I actually had one sever who Cuban and he was extremely helpful.

  A true gem in the Dr. Philips area of restaurant row. Don't miss their fabulous lunch special. Get their early enough for lunch because they close at 2:30 to prepare for dinner. Great food, great service and lovely atmosphere! Amid took excellent care of us, too!
